By accessing or using Yard Kitchen (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by AMDR Foundation Inc, a non-profit organization registered in the State of Georgia, USA.

2. Subscription tiers

Single Volume — $14.99 one-time.
All Access — $9.99 /month.
Lifetime — $39.99 one-time.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment.

3. Refund policy

Single Volume ($14.99 one-time): 7-day no-questions-asked refund. Email info@amdrfoundation.org with your order number to request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
All Access ($9.99/month): cancel anytime through your account settings. We do not refund charges for past billing periods.
Lifetime ($39.99 one-time): 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Email info@amdrfoundation.org with your order number to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
EU/UK users: by completing checkout you expressly consent that digital content delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The above refund windows still apply as a goodwill policy.

4. Acceptable use

The Service is licensed for personal, non-commercial home use. You may not scrape, republish, redistribute, or resell content from the Service. Automated access is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All recipes, narratives, AI persona designs, illustrations, and book design on the Service are © AMDR Foundation Inc and are made available for personal kitchen use only.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. You cook at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying ingredients for allergens, food safety, and dietary suitability for yourself and anyone you serve.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Refunds are not provided for terminated accounts.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
